Introduction

This one day course with Amy is designed to alleviate the pressure on the delicate bones, muscles, tendons and ligaments of the hands and the wrists. As body workers and massage therapists the tools of our trade are constantly under extreme stress, which may pose a potential hazard to our health and in the long term our livelihoods.

Amy will be taking you through step-by-step, easy to learn, effortless hands-free strokes that are simple to apply over the whole body to incorporate within your hands-on treatments. By using a variety of quality strokes both hands-on and hands-free, aided by good posture you will help prevent RSI in your future work. You will prolong your working massage life and extend your repertoire of strokes to make your treatments more interesting for you to perform and your clients to receive.
