Our Terms and Conditions

All courses are subject to minimum number of students booked prior to commencement. In the event that there are insufficient numbers to run the course students will be offered a place on the next course at a discounted rate.

In the unlikely event that the School of Natural Therapies cancels, postpones or discontinues a course, the full course fee will be refunded. Alternatively payments can be transferred to the next available course.

Payments

All Deposits are non-refundable

All payments are handled through PayPal. A booking will not be confirmed until we receive notification that a payment has been made. Note: PayPal can handle all major debit cards. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make your payment.

In certain circumstances we are able to take payments by other means (Cheque, Credit / Debit or Switch Card, Direct Transfer, Standing Order). Please contact us if you wish to discuss alternative payment methods.

Diploma Courses

Placements are subject to interview or proof of relevant qualification, after which a deposit of £175 must be paid (via PayPal) to reserve a place. Payments must be completed by one of the following schedules: Full payment prior to start date of the Course

  • Course fee sent with your Enrolment Form
  • A £275 Deposit is required on enrolment (via PayPal) + Outstanding Balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to the start date of the course (unless you use our Easy Payment Plan)

Easy Payment Plan

  • All our Diploma courses are eligible for payment in 3 monthly instalments
  • A £275 deposit is required on enrolment, plus 3 further payments
  • The first instalment must be paid by no later than 21 days before the start of the course
  • The last payment must be paid before the exam date
  • Payments can be made by Card, Standing Order or PayPal (a small fee is added for PayPal transactions)
  • No administration fee will be charged for the Easy Payment Plan

 

One Day, Weekend and Workshop Classes

All one day, weekend and workshop courses require payment in full upon notification of a place.

Cancellations

  • All course fees are non-refundable unless we are obliged to cancel a training course
  • Once the Deposit has been paid the student is than liable for the balance of the course fee. Whether this is by single payment or by agreed instalment, even in the event of the student failing to complete the course through illness or non-attendance
  • A Cancellation Fee of £25 will be charged, if a student cancels a 2 or 3 day Workshop more than 4 weeks in advance of the starting date
  • 50% of the Course fee will be charged, if a student cancels a 2 or 3 day Workshop less than 4 weeks in advance of the starting date

What to wear

All students are expected to wear a white tunic or white T-shirt, comfortable trousers and flat shoes for the practical sessions
