Our Terms and Conditions

All courses are subject to minimum number of students booked prior to commencement. In the event that there are insufficient numbers to run the course students will be offered a place on the next course at a discounted rate or their deposit refunded.

In the unlikely event that the School of Natural Therapies cancels, postpones or discontinues a course, all full course fees paid will be refunded. Alternatively payments can be transferred to the next available course.

 

Payments

Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (DSRs) all deposits are subject to a 7 working day "cooling off" period. After that time the deposit becomes non-refundable. 

Deposits can be made through our website (using Paypal) or with us over the phone. A booking will not be confirmed until we receive notification that a payment has been made.

You do not need to have a PayPal account to make your payment.

Please note that we now do not take personal cheques unless they are guaranteed by a supporting card.

Diploma Courses

The school of Natural Therapies Diploma courses require and initial deposit and full payment becomes due 4 weeks before the start of the course. Alternatively they also qualify for our Easy Payment Plan

Easy Payment Plan

ITEC Level 3 Holisitc Massage Diploma

• Our ITEC Holistic Massage Diploma course is eligible for payment in 3 monthly instalments
• A £275 deposit is required on enrolment, plus 3 further payments
• The first instalment must be paid by on the 5th day of the month in which the course starts and the subsequent payments to be made on the 5th day of the following 2 months.
• Payments can be made by Card, Standing Order or PayPal (a small fee is added for PayPal transactions)
• No administration fee will be charged for the Easy Payment Plan

BTEC  Level 5 Sports and Remedial Massage Diploma

• Our BTEC Level 5 Sports and Remedial Massage Diploma course is eligible for payment in 10 monthly instalments
•  A £275 deposit is required on enrolment, plus 10 further payments
• The first instalment must be paid by on the 5th day of the month in which the course starts and the subsequent payments to be made on the 5th day of the following 10 months.
• Payments can be made by Card, Standing Order or PayPal (a small fee is added for PayPal transactions)
• No administration fee will be charged for the Easy Payment Plan

Cancellations

• If a student decides to leave and not complete the course, no refund will be issued.
• In the unlikely even that the school has to cancel a course, a full refund of all course fees paid will be issued. Alternatively the fees can be transfered to a future course.

 

CPD Workshops

For all one day and weekend CPD courses the school requires a deposit to be paid through our website or over the phone. The remaining course fee is payable 3 weeks before the commencement of the course.

 

Cancellations

• All deposits are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs) and are subject to a 7 working day cooling off period, after which the deposit becomes non-refundable. Following this the student is then liable for the balance of the course fee. Whether this is by single payment or our easy pay instalment programme, even in the event of the student failing to complete the course through illness or non-attendance
• All course fees are non-refundable unless we are obliged to cancel a training course.
• Once the Deposit has been paid a Cancellation Fee of £25 will be charged and also 50% of the course fee will become payable if a student cancels a 1 or 2 day Workshop more than 4 weeks in advance of the starting date.

 

What to wear

Students studying the ITEC Holistic Massage and BTEC Sports and Remedial courses will be provided with a complimentary School of Natural Thearapies polo shirt for the practical sessions.

Students attending a one day or weekend CPD workshop are expected to wear sensible and comfortable clothing to work in.

For all courses loose fitting trousers are recommended and flat soled shoes.
