Precise Fascial Release (STR) Course

Add STR Techniques to address existing overuse/underuse issues. These also play an important part in the rehabilitation of recovering tissue damage. This 1 day FHT-accredited course allocating 5 CPD points.

Course Overview

This is an interactive 1 day hands-on tutor led course aimed at active therapists.

While we understand massage has huge benefits, the delivery is usually on ‘passive’ tissue…that is the muscle is not performing any contractile or functional movements.

Soft Tissue Release techniques are an interactive method of addressing specific textural differences in the tissue, potentially causing restriction in muscle performance, joint range of movement, irritation, pain and dysfunction.

With the application of Soft Tissue Techniques, the therapist aims to direct the arrangement of muscle, fascia, tendon and ligament to avert potentially acute and chronic injuries.

Soft Tissue Release techniques addressing existing overuse/underuse issues and play an important part in the rehabilitation of recovering tissue damage.

This course will cover over 25 individual muscles, taking into account both the Therapist and Client comfort and safety.
