Course Overview

This is an interactive 1 day hands-on tutor led course aimed at active therapists. Natalie
I really enjoyed the MET (Muscle Energy Technique) course and found it incredibly valuable for my practice. The course was well-structured, easy to follow, and explained in a way that made even the more complex concepts feel clear and practical. Joseph was an excellent trainer – very knowledgeable, patient, and confident in his teaching. He explained the techniques thoroughly, demonstrated them clearly, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and supported throughout the learning process. His calm and professional teaching style made the course enjoyable and engaging from start to finish. What I appreciated most was how practical the course was. The techniques are effective, safe, and easy to apply, and I left feeling confident to use MET with clients straight away. It has already added great value to my treatments and deepened my understanding of muscle and joint work. I would highly recommend this course to any massage or bodywork therapist looking to expand their skills. A great learning experience overall – thank you, Joseph!
