Payment Policy
The full balance is payable prior to the start of the course. However, we offer students the following instalment plans as a concession. Please note, paying by instalments attracts a small 5% administration fee of the balance payable.
ITEC Level 3 Holistic Massage Diploma and ITEC Level 3 Certificate in Sports Massage
- Eligible for payment in 3 monthly instalments.
- A 20% deposit is required on enrolment, followed by three further payments.
- Payments can be made by Bank Transfer or Direct Credit in Branch.
- If a student leaves the course early, the full balance becomes payable immediately.
BTEC Level 5 Sports and Remedial Massage Diploma
- Eligible for payment in 10 monthly instalments.
- A 20% deposit is required on enrolment, followed by ten further payments.
- Payments can be made by Bank Transfer or Direct Credit in Branch.
- If a student leaves the course early, the full balance becomes payable immediately.
ITEC Level 3 Reflexology
- Eligible for payment in 3 monthly instalments.
- A 20% deposit is required on enrolment, followed by three further payments.
- Payments can be made by Bank Transfer or Direct Credit in Branch.
- If a student leaves the course early, the full balance becomes payable immediately.
International Federation of Aromatherapists (IFA) Level 4/5 Diploma in Aromatherapy
- Eligible for payment in 9 monthly instalments.
- A 20% deposit is required on enrolment, followed by nine further payments.
- Payments can be made by Bank Transfer or Direct Credit in Branch.
- If a student leaves the course early, the full balance becomes payable immediately.
General Terms
- Students are responsible for ensuring they have a valid visa to study in the UK and maintaining their immigration status during their studies.
- Your deposit constitutes a purchase contract, making you liable for the entire course fee. If you leave the course early, the full fee is payable at the time of notification.
- Course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable between courses.
- The school reserves the right to pursue non-payment legally.
CPD Workshops
For one-day and weekend CPD courses:
- A deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining course fee is payable 3 weeks before the course start date.
Cancellations
- Deposits are covered by a 14-calendar day cooling-off period under Consumer Contracts Regulations. After this, deposits become non-refundable.
- Students are liable for the balance of the course fee after the cooling-off period, even in cases of illness or non-attendance.
- If the school cancels a course due to low enrolment, alternative dates will be offered, or deposits reimbursed.
- For one- or two-day workshops, cancellations more than 4 weeks in advance incur a £25 fee, and 50% of the course fee becomes payable.
