Amanda Cahill

Amanda has a background in Reiki, Reflexology and Indian Head Massage, for which she is a practising therapist in all three disciplines.

With a 30-year career in the NHS also, not only embraces the benefits of holistic and complementary therapies, alongside mainstream approaches to health, but splits her time between her job in the NHS and private therapy practice.

Amanda also has a teaching background, and qualified as a tutor in June 2000. She has taught across various work-based and vocational courses and is very excited to be teaching with the School of Natural Therapies, where she aims to support new therapists at the very start of their journey and recognises that this a huge privilege.

Supportive and encouraging, Amanda provides the appropriate attention to detail, allowing students to explore their natural abilities.

Her work as a therapist has been focussed on end-of-life care and clients affected by cancer and motor neurone disease. She works for various charities alongside her private practice and currently supports clients at The Mulberry Centre in Isleworth.

In her spare time Amanda spends time with her grandchildren, who are growing up way to fast! She loves reading, jogging, yoga and a good film!

The School of Natural Therapies welcomes Amanda and her invaluable experience in Teaching and Reflexology and are excited to welcome her to our Autumn 2022 Reflexology course programme.

Amanda was a great tutor in Reflexology. She not only mentored us but also she gave us a solid insight in what being a reflexologist means.
She also provided a great support and guidance in the building of our portfolio of case studies.

I wanted to start by thanking the reflexology teacher Amanda for all the support learning and guidance while I was studying at The School Of Natural Therapies.
Amanda was very supportive throughout the course and beyond with encouragement and made our lessons very informative/hands on I always looked forward to our next lesson.
I’m so happy to have chosen to study with the SNT and how fantastic Amanda is at teaching the reflexology course.
