Melanie’s former life was spent in the communications industry. As managing director of her own branding agency, specializing in health, food and drink, she instigated strategies and delivered solutions that raised awareness of health issues. She championed best practice and promoted opportunities to encourage big business to adopt better work/life balance practices for employees.
A chance meeting with a complementary therapist caused her to pause, stop, and shift direction to a new way of life. She enlisted on a holistic massage training course and was then introduced by her tutor to aromatherapy. She was hooked. She had found her passion and so spent the next few years studying and discovering essential oils, plants and herbs. Today she runs an aromatherapy clinic in East Sussex alongside a busy teaching schedule. She loves to share her passion through workshops and CPD courses in nutrition, business for therapists, massage in pregnancy and full aromatherapy diploma courses.
Her courses are fun, eye opening, fast paced and, most definitely, hands on.
