For those students studying ITEC and BTEC courses with us, the resulting qualification is more than enough to gain employment and to work with the general public.

Our CPD courses are for existing therapists who would already hold the relevant qualifications to enable them to work.

Holistic Courses
Our holistic and massage courses are accredited or recognised by leading industry associations such ITEC and the IFA, who are professional industry awarding bodies – Internationally accepted qualifications. For Advanced, Post Graduate and CPD courses, our courses are accredited by professional membership bodies, including: The Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), The Complementary Therapists Association (CTHA), the Complementary Medical Association (CMA) and the Beauty Guild/Guild of Holistic Therapists. These organisations enable you to arrange inexpensive insurance or you can insure through your existing insurance company.

Beauty Courses
You will have the opportunity to join the industries associations that provide newsletters, insurance and other benefits to members. This course is accredited and recognised by Guild of Professional Beauty and Holistic Therapists (The Guild).

Our lecturers hold teaching qualifications and have professional qualifications in all the subject areas that they teach.

Every course requires a deposit of 20% of the course fee to be paid at time of booking.

This is required to secure a place on one our courses. For ITEC Holistic Massage and A&P courses payment terms will be confirmed when booking.

Yes – you will work on your co students and if necessary based on numbers booked to attend the training day a model can be brought along or we can usually arrange for a model for you to work on. You will also be expected to experience treatments from fellow students.

We do not insist that you wear a uniform, Clothing should be comfortable with short sleeves or sleeves that can be rolled up and a cardigan is useful. Jewellery (except wedding rings) must be removed, so for safekeeping we recommend that you leave most jewellery at home. Hair must be secured away from the face. If working over the face, please remove make up before the training course starts. Nails should be short, without varnish or extensions.

Registration is 15 minutes before the start of the course. Times are approximate and we cannot be held responsible for any missed travel arrangements due to a class finishing slightly later than 4.30 or 5.00pm.

Your deposit constitutes a purchase contract between yourself and SNT and, as such, you are liable to pay the whole course fee. If a student decides to leave the course early, for any reason (including medical reasons), and not continue with their studies, the full course fee is payable at the time of notification. Course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable from one course to another. The school reserves the right to pursue any non-payment legally.
